Old Dutch Inn is not staffed around the clock. Upon booking, we ask that you provide us with your ETA so that we can greet you upon arrival however, we are also happy to offer contactless check-in for off-hour arrivals. Contactless check-on is facilitated with unique access codes for the building and individual guestrooms. We hope you will find everything you need for your stay in your guestroom however, a 24/7 service number is provided for ad hoc or emergency situations. In the case of threat of injury to person or property, guests are advised to call 9-1-1.
Old Dutch Inn is entirely a smoke free property. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in rooms, common ways or on the porches. If smoking or vaping is detected, a $500 cleaning fee per room will be charged, guests will be asked to leave the property and will forfeit the remainder of their stay without refund.
Quiet hours run 10pm until 7am. Old Dutch Inn is a historic property where sound travels easily. We invite you to use our facility for general entertainment but strict adherence to quiet hours is required. Guests who fail to obey quiet hours will be subject to a fine of $500. Listening to loud music is prohibited - if it is detectable outside of your guestroom, it is considered loud.
A Dream On Me stationary baby crib and Graco Greenguard Gold Certified Premium mattress is offered free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Some guestrooms are not large enough for the crib. Inquire at the host station prior to booking if you will need a crib during your stay. As our historic property is not sound-proof, if your little one loves to throw 2am "parties," our property may not be the best fit for them. Thank you for being considerate of other guests when making your travel arrangements.
Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcomed, all other furry friends, including therapy animals, can not be accommodated. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property, including any caused by a service animal.
All items in the room are property of Old Dutch Inn. Guests will be charged the replacement value for any missing or damaged property.

Our property is ADA Accessible, including the side, ramp entrance, public restroom, our common areas and a second floor guestroom. If the accessible guest room would make your stay more enjoyable, please check availability for "Irving".
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
As a small business, every reservation affects us greatly. We thank you for thoughtfully considering our cancellation policy prior to booking a stay at Old Dutch Inn.
All cancellations incur a $75 administrative fee per room, there are no exceptions. All cancellations must be confirmed by the inn via email.
For all reservations, complete payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations of 1-4 rooms, cancellation requests received 8 or more days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellations or date changes with less than 8 days notice are subject to the full cost of the reservation.
For reservations of 5 or more rooms, complete payment is required at the time of booking. Group bookings are not refundable for any reason.
Unless notified of a late arrival, we reserve the right to release your room if you have not arrived by the second day of your reservation.
Early departures are not refundable.
Our area can have inclement weather. We will not issue refunds due to weather or illness. We encourage you to obtain travel insurance.
